I met Troy and Lauren this past spring at Kingfly Spirits in the Strip. We quickly bonded over one too many craft cocktails. They are moving from Pittsburgh this fall so we met for a session to commemorate their time in the Steel City. Thanks for a fun afternoon guys and best of luck on your next adventures. XO, Tillie
Adam - Motorcycle Lifestyle shoot
A few weeks back I had my brother model for me so I could practice with a new lens. He brought his 1978 Honda CB750 to Highland Park and puttered around a little. Some people (me) might say good looks run in the family.
Thanks for putting up with me bro! - Tillie
Tony and Jenny - Married!
After many years together Tony and Jenny tied the knot on a warm day in July. In a sweet surprise Tony sang to Jenny as she walked down the aisle. They also wrote their own vows and read each others’.
They had the cutest bridal party complete with their pup Cash. The ring bearers made sure to remind their Pap and Gip when it was time to cut the cake. Their sons split the mother-son dance and Tony turned out to be quite the flosser!
I hope you two always exude the joy and love you did on your wedding day. Thank you for having me capture your day. xo, Tillie
Mesa is One!
When your 1st birthday is July 2nd you go forth with a ‘Merica themed shoot ;)
Orange Family Session
Just two days before Christmas I met up with the Orange Family for a family session in Short Gap, WV. In a case of great timing, their session aligned perfectly with my visit home for the holidays.
While we were hoping for snow we lucked out with an almost warm overcast day. They arrived dressed to impress; although Maverick did not want to keep his hat on! Who doesn’t love a baby in Carhartt?!
Kelsey and Travis’s Families joined in for a few pictures.
Thanks to Kelsey and Travis for having me document this season of your lives. Can’t wait for the next one :)
Kelsey and Cody - Fall Engagement
I’ve known Kelsey and Cody for over five years. They’ve been together twice as long (!!) and this past summer Cody proposed.
When Kelsey asked me to shoot their engagement session I was thrilled. I think you can tell from their session that they still have that blissfully in love vibe going on after all these years.
We had a blast during their session. I try to treat clients as friends but friends turned clients? Even better!
Kelsey and Cody brought beer to toast the end of their session.
You don’t have to bring booze to your session (or share with my assistant) but it is encouraged ;)
I’d been eyeing this field near my parent’s home for a couple weeks. When Kelsey asked for a location suggestion I knew just where I wanted to go.
Just as we had cracked open a couple beers the sun set and I pushed them back out for a couple more shots. I’m glad I did because they are glowing!
Thanks to Kelsey and Cody for trusting me with your engagement pictures! Can’t wait for next time!
